2. Refund Eligibility

  • Single Purchase Software (Perpetual License):
  • Refunds are available within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the software must be uninstalled and any license keys must be deactivated.
    • Subscription-Based Software:
    • Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds are available within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal date.
    • Annual Subscriptions: Refunds are available within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal date.

    2.2 Services

    • Services (e.g., support, custom development) are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
    • If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to address your concerns.

    3. Refund Process

    3.1 How to Request a Refund

    • To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at contact@tenacioustechies.com with your invoice number and a subject – refund request detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
    • Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

    3.2 Refund Approval

    • Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
    • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

    4. Non-Refundable Items

    • Products Purchased through Third-Party Vendors:Products purchased through third-party vendors or resellers are subject to their return policies. Please contact the vendor directly for refund inquiries.
    • Custom Software Development: Custom development projects are non-refundable once the work has commenced.
    • Licenses Violations:Refunds will not be issued for any software licenses that have been violated or used in ways not permitted by our End User License Agreement (EULA).

    5. Exceptions

    • In certain cases, we may offer refunds or credits outside of our standard policy. These exceptions are made at the sole discretion of TENACIOUS GROUP.
