Job Description :
  • Setting up web sites for new acquisitions and developments with specific emphasis on establishing strong Search Engine Optimization practices at closing
  • Creating customized and targeted landing pages
  • Implementing on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including keyword research, site speed optimization, meta tag optimization, information architecture, competitive SERP analysis and other duties that are assigned
  • Reviewing blog content for alignment with Weidner brand, and values, grammar, and relevant keywords
  • Executing other SEO strategies for desktop, mobile and tablet search results, as assigned by Digital Marketing Manager
  • Maintaining accuracy of the Weidner website by expanding on, correcting and optimizing all written content via the content management system, including descriptions of the community, photos and floor plans
  • Attending all Marketing meetings and participate in creating new ideas, strategies and concepts
  • Must be enrolled in a degree program: Bachelor Degree in English, Computer Science, Marketing or related field, experience is preferred
