PROBLEM
The Owner of Carazah from Riyadh approached us to upscale his Grocery Store in the marketplace. They had a huge potential to provide customers with fresh & quality Fruits, vegetables, dates and more delivered to their home fast and at best prices. Their “ NEXT DAY “ delivery concept is a fresh way to shop for fresh produce.
But They had no idea on which channels they should select to start selling online, whether they should sell on marketplaces or their own ecommerce website. They wanted to know how online marketing / digital marketing works, from receiving online orders to postage / delivery of groceries.
APPROACH
We identified that the client had a very reputed grocery store and the competition was not very high for their products.
We Developed an E-commerce Website that allows them to add, edit and delete items, take online payment with an advance payment gateway, and an appropriate postal feature to deliver orders.
We Conducted Strategy sessions and implemented SEO to acquire Internet Users. We Provided necessary training so that they can completely control the online shop on their own.
IMPACT
Client had a very good response just by implementing On-Page SEO on their website. Their brand value increased too as they had a professional e-commerce website.
